The The Daylight Company TwoSun SAD Task Lamp brings you excellent lighting for illuminating your workspace and reducing eyestrain, as well as alternating as a light therapy lamp.

The two-in-one lamp is lightweight, portable and folds up compactly when not in use. Its Easy Twist Shade allows the light to be positioned and directed exactly where you need it while the bright LEDs are adjustable via a three-step dimmer button.

95+ CRI provides optimum light therapy when in Light Therapy mode, and features an in-built 30 minute off timer. The brightness of natural sunlight can be simulated by placing the SAD lamp sideways, with the shade tilted within an arm’s length (50cm to 70cm) towards you for 30 to 60 minutes in the morning. You can use the dimmer switch to reduce brightness if you find the light too bright. Do not stare directly into the light.

The Task mode is perfect for providing bright light when reading, crafting and carrying out everyday tasks.
