Cake fondant
Terrible to work with. Fondant stretched on the cake left with huge bulges on the sides. Very disappointing after time taken to make it. when cut the cake had to peel off the fondant first because it had turned into a slimy mess

Rubbery
I have used sugarpaste for over 30 years but this was the first time I had tried Hobbycraft brand. The colour was perfect for what i needed but I was so disappointed. It tastes ok and not overly sweet but the texture is very firm and quite rubbery in consistency. I softened it before use as I always do but it was very difficult to roll out and work with. I will be returning the second pack I had bought and will not buy it again.

Good colour but rubbery.
The colour I wanted, and not quite as sickly sweet as other makes, but it was rubbery to work, didn’t keep its shape, and cracked as it dried. Also difficult to blend/join with other make of icing,
