Excellent daylight floor lamp in price and quality
I have been after a good daylight floor lamp for months. I have looked at many, reading the reviews and thought I'd have to invest in one of those very expensive lamps which I couldn't afford. I'd had a look on HC's website and read the reviews for the Twin Daylight Floor Lamp, and decided to go for it. It was easy to assemble, and the brightness is amazing. I can actually see what I'm doing, even unpicking tiny stitches on black fabric! Would absolutely recommend this lamp, especially for sewing, reading, embroidery, anything which requires good light to work by. It cost a fraction of the price of the other lamp i thought I'd need.

Great light
This was a good bit cheaper than the light I went in for, they compared very similarly. I love this light, it doesn’t take up much room and is very sturdy. The light is great, I mostly use it when doing my embroidery in the evening and usually only need one of the arms lit. I used both arms for sewing black on black and it was perfect. I also bought one for my Mum who only has sight in one eye and she can now see well enough to sew in the evening with the aid of this light. It has a decent length lead too.

Believe the hype - it is as good as you could want
I was a little sceptical that this lamp could be so effective for such a low price but it truly lives up to its positive reviews. I haven't needed to use both lights at the same time yet which is quite an achievement for a gloomy winter's day in Northern England! Knowing that I can enjoy my sewing without eyestrain is such a bonus and I am so glad I bought this lamp.

Great light.
Easy to assemble. Light weight. Doesnt take up much room. The lights themselves are bendy so you can angle them where needed. You can use one or both lights independently. They have 4 brightness levels and you just tap the end of the light arm to operate.

Excellent light
Excellent light, perfect for all my hobbies when I need to do detailed work. Slim so it fits between chairs and coffee table or next to my sewing machine. Good heavy base so no fear of knocking over. Unobtrusive design.

Really useful
I can angle it so that I can see without glare on the tv annoying others. So far I have found the 2 lowest settings adequate for most embroidery.
