DO NOT BUY!!
Workmanship is a joke, the heart shaped base looks like it has been creshed into the shape and looks horrendous!! The paint is coming off in multiple places and all they would say is they were sorry it was damaged and to take it back to the store for a refund/replacement. 1- it is not "damaged" it is made in such a shockingly poor way it should never even be available for sale and 2- i do not have time to take the thing back and am forced to make do with covering the base so it cannot be seen which makes it pointless having a "pretty base" to begin with. DO NOT BUY.

Poor quality
Unfortunately returned first one as paint was flaking from the stand. Second one was reduced and it too had paint flaking from stand so we had to re spray it.

A good product
The product itself is great and quite a bargain. Very easy to put together however it isn’t the greatest of quality although not noticeable when put together.

Pleasantly surprised
I was nervous about purchasing as I read a few reviews about chipped paint but I thought I would risk it given I am decorating it. I've just assembled it and I just say it's in excellent condition, I've spotted one chip which I can absolutely live with. It's VERY easy to put together which I'm also relieved about. It is lightweight so maybe not ideal for outdoors unless heavily weighted but it serves its purpose for an indoor and I'm glad I bought it!

White wedding arch
Out of the 10 pieces 6 of them were damaged. One was broken and the others had paint flaking off. I will be returning this item.

Major issues with paint on heart feet
I bought this for my wedding, I have needed to wrap feet in white ribbon to cover the mess of the feet. The rest of the arch is good for the price but spent hours wrapping up feet to make it useable.

Bridal Archway
The arch is a great addition to our wedding decor which I would happily give 5 stars for however the paint on the metal work has peeled in several places. I am covering it up with decorations so it won't be seen but I was tempted to return it to see if another one was the same.

Two Stars - No Missing Pieces & Customer Service
All the pieces were there, and the fact the customer service was fantastic, is pretty much the only positives.
I wonder if I received a return as my box had been shut with a second lid and enough cello tape to tie an army. It was completely bashed in one corner and has certainly been through the wars.
After the not so optimistic start every piece has either paint flaked away, the design is bent out of shape or the joints don't fit smoothly.
Though, if you can actually hide the imperfections, it is truly a beautiful archway.
