Discriminatory Staff
I have given a low rating due to the remarks made by one of your staff. Firstly the shop layout in the Livingston Store had been changed and wool moved. The selection of wool available was very poor. Wool dye lots mixed up and staff totally unaware of the significance of the need to keep dye lots in order. In remarking on this to the Cashier I was advised that the reason for the changed store layout was “ that’s to keep you lot on your toes”? Presumably she felt that customers, including myself were a bunch of potential thieves? As a consequence I left the store with my purchase vowing never to return.

Good quality
Good quality and value for the money. I really only like to use women's institute wool for my charity. I get the best results with it.

Disappointed
Better for knitting ,wool stays soft but I have used it to crochet a baby’s jacket and it’s quite firm.
Med way though a 100gram ball there was a knot that looked like it had been tied to make up the 100 grams ( not good ) also it splits when used
Very pretty colour though

A beautiful baby green colour!
Wanted some random colours to crochet squares. This wool was very soft, easy to use and fitted in well to my blanket! Highly recommended A+++
