Awful size sticker!!
Wood is good but the sticker on them doesn’t come off unless you sand it which then changes the dimensions!

Warped
Quite warped so no good to use in a Cricut machine which is why I purchased. I ordered click and collect and received a piece that had a large chip so had to go again to get a replacement which again was quite warped. Size was 2.3mm not 2mm as advertised which is quite important when using a Cricut machine. My new piece had a slight split in the wood which actually snapped off by the time I got home.

Yay - got it
Ive been looking for basswood for my miniature furniture for ages. I bought several pieces in 2 Hobbycraft stores that we went to and cant wait to try it out. Its harder than balsa so it doesn't dent and it sands with sharper edges so its perfect for what I need.

Good value for money
This is my first go at cutting this type of wood and is very easy to snap if you don’t know what your doing ,very good to cut and sand when working with the sheets

Good piece of wood
Perfect for what I wanted. Been used to make the floor of a shelve for a box also brought from hobbycraft.
Was easily cut to size with a Stanley knife.

Not as good as "Midwest" Basswood
The wood is not as close grained or as well figured as the "Midwest" product, latterly stocked by Hobbycraft. Cheaper, but not as good quality
