Can this be used on fabric? I have a dress that has glitter on that keeps falling off and looking to seal it. Google suggested this
It will make the fabric stiff and crunchy, so you would be better to use a fabric glue.

I've used it for a range of crafts including glueing and sealing. As long as it's applied and dried appropriately it's very versatile.

Can I add glitter and funeral ashes and paint onto glass
It does dry clear but will peel from glass, especially if moisture gets under it. So for a long lasting memorial piece I would not recommend it.

Can I use it to preserve dried leaves?
You can, if you ensure that you have a good even light coat it will prevent the air getting to the leaves. You can also do this for pressed flowers.
