Great little pad
I bought a couple of these watercolour pads to take on holiday with me as they were a great size. I have been impressed so far with them and they seem to cope well with. Decent amount of water. The spiral wire top means they are easy to lie flat.

Shore & Marsh cold-pressed
Seems like good quality watercolour paper. Stays flat, doesn't wrinkle unduly, has typical cold-pressed texture and takes pencil and watercolour well. Would buy again.
