You Will Need:
Santa Lolly Mould
Lollipop Sticks
Candy Melts in Red, Milk and White
Craft Essentials:
Paintbrush
Spoon
Mixing Bowls
Start by melting the Candy Melts, following the instructions on the back of the pack. This can either be done in a saucepan or in the microwave but whichever method you choose, make sure that you keep an eye on the chocolate at all times.
Use a paintbrush to 'paint' the inside of the Santa mould with your chosen Candy Melts and then use a spoon to fill the remainder of the mould until it's flush with the top of the mould. Tap the mould gently on your work surface to remove any air bubbles.
Place the lollipop sticks in the allotted slot and twist in the chocolate so that it is completely covered. Leave to set.
Top Tip!
Make sure that the lollipop sticks are level in the moulds. Use thin books or CD cases to ensure they are level.
Once set carefully remove from the mould and use a small sharp knife to remove any chocolate that has over spilled.
