Never lets me down!
I’ve visited the Aintree store quite a bit over the last few months and every time I never leave empty handed. I’ve purchased a range of craft materials and equipment for both knitting and macrame projects and the quality and value for money is always excellent as is the selection of goods available. A wide range of goods to tackle every project and always please take and helpful staff available for advice. Love my visits to Hobbycraft!

Good for children but probably 4 or 5 year olds
Unfortunately my grandson needs to be slightly older to complete. He is three. Although interested in doing the sewing and able to pass needle through holes, not able to leave him to do a few stitches on his own. Hence will wait a year or so and try again. He has concentration but I feel he needed too much input at this age. Product good for children a little older.

Fist Sewing Experience
My 5 year old granddaughter loved this. She had never used a needle and thread before but quickly got to grips with it with a bit of help and produced a lovely finished butterfly. The only thing lacking was a needle threader - much too hard for her to thread the needle, particularly with yarn that splits easily.

Great party gifts!
I was struggling to find small gifts for party bags for my niece's birthday. These were ideal (together with a load of other 'crafty' stuff I bought at Hobbycraft). Excellent range to choose from, together with the sun catchers at 5 for £5!)

This product is very colourful.
My granddaughter Isla loves everything that has to be made. Any crafts that she has to make up or co!our in Isla spends hours and is delighted with the end result as she knows that she has made it herself.
This will be right up her street!!

Great little project for grandson
The kit contains everything needed to complete it, including a safety needle. My 6 year old grandson was able to thread the needle and work out where to start sewing etc. Three colours of thread provided, ample to finish the item.

I hope to buy one of each design .
I bought about 10 of these to donate to children who have experienced trauma. I intend to stock up for Christmas for shoebox appeal. Love these items.
