Not Great Quality.
Collected the item and got it home to find that it had clearly been opened and previously returned - the protective film had been pulled back and the acrylic was scratched. Contacted customer services who were great and sent another out with next day delivery but when it arrived we discovered a big chip in the acrylic. Both packages also arrived with the boxes completely squashed and ripped. We didn’t have time to order anymore before the event so we had to return and come up with an alternative idea for the party.

Best
My first one arrived slightly damaged. The service from Hobbycraft was outstanding, they arranged for a replacement to be sent and collection of the damaged one which was fast and in time for my event. The service was so good at Hobbycraft and the price was the best I found aswell.
