I've started with a super-easy make for young children: making a sticker frame. Children love photos, especially now that so many of us rarely
print them, so get them involved in choosing which photo they want to decorate and who they want to give it to.
Children generally love pictures of themselves with people, so this is a fab way to get some sweet family snaps out at Christmas!
This fun frame could either be hung on the wall or the tree during the festive season.
Start by sticking the photo to the back of the frame using sticky tape.
Start arranging and sticking down the stickers to decorate the frame.
Punch two holes into the top of the frame, then thread a 30cm length of twine through the holes from the back.
Knot the ends, then you're ready to hang the frame, or gift!
These friendship hearts are a gorgeous gift for children to give to their friends. They can loop them through bags, hang them in their bedroom doors or push onto their pinboards. Using FIMO is such a lovely sensory activity, it's perfect for a few mindful moments of calm in the middle of such a lovely, but busy season.
Squash and mould the FIMO for a few minutes to warm it up, then roll it out and cut out a heart shape using the cutter.
Using the letter stamps, press each letter into the FIMO firmly to print each letter of the name.
Push a cocktail stick through the corner of the heart to make a hole for hanging - give it a good wiggle to ensure it's big enough to thread the twine through, and smooth over the back of the hole so that the edges are neat.
Cut a 20cm length of twine and fold it in half. Thread the folded end through the front on the heart and then pull the length of the twine through the loop to finish.
This festive fruity printed makeup bag is a fantastic yet quick and easy project for teens. Simply sponged on with fabric paint, the clementines are a great motif which can be carried on into further projects.
Take some card and place it inside the bag - a cereal packet thickness is perfect.
Squeeze out some of the paint and then practice a few prints before going onto the bag. Space them out across the bag and leave to dry.
Once the orange paint is dry, draw on some leaves with the green pen to finish.
