Much, much better than expected
Bought this to seal some freehand diamond painting to a
mask that my daughter had done for a college project. Because the piece hasn't been preglued she used pva to stick them and a few diamonds had been falling off. The mask was to be used in a stage show - so it was important that it was robust.
Bought two sealants - the other being a spray from a DIY store. I was concerned that the sealants might dull the sparkle on the diamonds and did a test piece. They were both good but this one keep the shine slightly better and was easier to make sure it got into all the crevices- the spray not so good.
There is a bit of a wait for it to dry compared to the spray (she left it overnight to be sure) - but it was worth it for the knowledge that every diamond had been coated and sealed.

Rock bombing
This varnish was ideal for a small number of rocks decorated by elderly residents in a care home. They thoroughly enjoyed the painting but the vanishing was done by me.

Ideal for water effect
I was looking for something to help create a water effect, for my grandchildren school project. They used diluted gloss Mod podge and kitchen roll to achieve the effect. Once dry and painted - 3 coats of Pebeo Acrylic Gloss Varnish were painted on, which created a good water effect.

Dissapointed
Purchased this to "seal" writing by rainbow markers on to a plate as advised by staff member
This disappointedly didnot work and all the time and effort put in was ruined Donot buy for this purpose

Great gloss shine
I use this for scale models. Works best for me if I add water otherwise it's pretty thick if you use it straight from the bottle and can leave brush strokes. Like I said, dilute with water and it's perfect as you only need a small amount so one bottle lasts ages. Impressed.

I have used this on my painted rocks and it leaves it nice shiny. It drys fairly quickly very happy with the results.

Really good gloss
Really easy to use. Needs a couple of coats to really get the gloss to show. Smells a little bit when applying. Works well on wood. Can't wait to try on other materials.

Gloss varnish
Fab product, I use the Pebeo acrylic paints and these give my items a really lovely finish and stop paint transferring!
