easy to cut and soft. i used it to make a mask so i also had to bend it and keep in in place with heat

Great foam for craft
This is a lightweight semi-rigid foam. You can cut it with a knife. I used a kitchen carving knife as it was too thick for a scalpel blade. It cuts with a lovely smooth finish, but does not sand well. This did not matter as I was using it to make covered Christmas decorations.

Hard wearing but soft foam
