Very streaky and not much gold
I use a lot of metallic spray paint (more expensive brands) often in my work, but needed a gold at short notice for my youngest's school project, and this was the only gold in stock instore. I bought 2 cans and even though I shook it up for far longer than requested and repeatedly stopped to shake it throughout each can, it only turned our cardboard shield silvery with a few yellowish streaky areas. As it was my son liked this look, as he thought it looked like realistically rusty iron. But I won't be bothering with this as a gold for any of my own professional projects.

Glitter not gold
Popped in - not read the reviews - and was seduced by the price comparison to my usual, Plasticote. I’d describe this as a neon custard base with silver glitter topping. Not gold: not metallic. Fortunately I started with the easily-covered inside of a jewellery box upcycle. The sales assistant volunteered his preference of Montana Gold brand for the pigments so that’s what I’m off to fetch now.

Spray paint
Worked will on my metal display stand. Wish I had brought two two as didn’t get the correct amount for my stand I was spraying. Would advise getting a setting spray for after as does scratch

Silvery patches
Altgough the instructions said hold a distance away from the object, as I was outside I needed to hold it closer to prevent paint being blown away in the wind and that resulted in some silvery patches which didn't disappear even when another coat was added

Lovely colour but def needs a lot of shaking!
Make sure to shake really well and for quite some time, especially the first time! If you hold it too close to whatever you are spraying it might come out silver rather than gold, so practice on a piece of old cardboard box before you use it on your art!

Bit disappointed
It will get the job done but the gold is too yellow, and also please be aware that if you dont shake the can enough like advised in instructions, you will get silver coverage with splodges of gold. Also, doing multiple coats helps inprove colour a little

Very good item!
Very good price, was used to spray paint a toy my child wanted to change (ideas from youtube) I sprayed outside and still found it quite strong, but it washed off my hands pretty quickly even after dried, product has stayed perfect since so win win!
