How to Decorate Scrumptious Biscuits with Friends

To make these even quicker, you use shop-bought blank biscuits and ready-to-roll icing so that all your energy is used on perfecting the perfect phrase to place on the top.

How to make
You will also require:
Biscuits (Either freshly baked or store-bought ready made)
Jam Knife (Adult supervision will be required)
Cut up the letter stamps using scissors and ensuring all the edges are smooth.
Roll the icing to around 0.5cm thick.
Tip: Rolling the icing too thin will make it too fragile to move onto the biscuit, and too thick will mean that it will be trickier to use with the stamp.
Cut out a circle using the cutter.
Slide the letters you want to use onto the stamp - bear in mind that you will need to place them in backwards so when you stamp the word it will come out correctly on the biscuit.
Firmly press the stamp into the icing and lift.
Spread a little jam over the biscuit base and then stick on the icing top.
Sprinkle on some gold stars to finish.
Show off your beautifully decorated biscuits and enjoy them with your friends!
