How to Make Fiesta Party Hats

Print off the template and then place on top of the coloured card and cut out the hat template.

Using the central point as the top of the hat bend round the card to make a cone shape and secure in place with a glue gun.

Wrap a piece of ric rac around the base of the hat and secure with the glue gun.

Add a small amount of glue to the point of the hat and then carefully attach a pom pom.

Thread 50cm approx of elastic onto a darning needle and tie a knot in the end. Using the needle, pierce a hole through the inside to outisde of the hat and pull through. Then pierce through the outside to the inside on the opposing side and then tie a knot to hold it in place.
