Too small
I had tried to get a refund for this item due to the size. The Hobbycraft at Greenwich manager not very helpful.
On the website there had been 2 sets sizes for dressmaking patterns.
I had ordered products by mistake and trying to get a refund!
After a lot of effort trying to look at my email address contents I was not able to find the electronic receipt. The manager was very dismissive. She had no sympathy of customers that are travelling great distances to go to Hobbycraft store as a reasonable regular customer.
I couldn’t swap this pattern at Hobbycraft Greenwich store either!!
I had found a display I had fun at carousel display jampacked with just making patterns. The quality of the display was not very good as most of the patterns will damage, the packets were split open.
Are customers expecting to buy damaged patterns in person in the Hobbycraft.
This means, I was unhappy to travel more than an hour and a half going there and two hours returning home, on public transport.
