Recreate a historical aircraft with the Revell C-54D Berlin Airlift Skymaster Model Kit.
After the Soviet Military Administration began the blockade of West Berlin in June 1948, transport flights to resupply the approximately 2.2 million citizens began. Douglas C-54s were mostly used and christened Raisin bomber by the population. Around 2.1 million tonnes of supplies had been flown in by the end of the blockade in 1949.
This model kit is made to mark the 70th anniversary and includes a calendar and poster. The limited edition 1:72 scale model kit includes 352 parts that have been crafted to replicate the unique World War 2 aircraft.
