Really useful book
I love baking cakes etc for my family though my decorating skills do leave a lot to be desired lol, so decided to treat myself to this book as thought it would help me.
There are lots of useful tips about piping buttercream and icing which I definitely have found really helpful. There is also lots of ideas and hints on how to use various sugarcraft tools etc as well as how to make little models to go on top of cakes including using a garlic press of all things to make hair. I certainly will be using this book a lot in the future and hopefully in time my cake decorating will look lovely.

All you need to know and more!
This book is amazing for the beginner and intermediate cake baker alike. There are plenty of ideas for cake projects and basic recipes for buttercream and more. Informative with regards to what equipment to use and how they are used. It has been a real gem for me and I will continue to use it as a reference guide as my cake making journey continues.

So excited when I brought this!
I got a gift card for Christmas so went to spend it and came across this. I love this book! Quite new to baking and I want to experiment with different decorating styles etc, and this book shows me exactly how to do them step by step and picture form. Love it!
