Faulty product no response from Cricut. returned
It was supposed to be an upgrade from the air 2 but didn’t work. Stopped half way through and jammed. Contacted Cricut and no reply after a week. Had no choice other than to return as my air 2 is working fine still and I have no use for a faulty product.

Perfect! Just what I needed in my life
The product is not only just what I needed but there were specifically trained staff on hand to support me and advise me on the different features of the printers I was looking at.
The features are endless and I know I haven’t even scratched the surface yet of what it can do, it’s quick, quiet and precise.
I have visited on 2 occasions now, I didn’t catch the First Ladies name but on my second visit she was called Alison, both equally and as incredibly helpful as each other. Knowledgable too. (Havant store)

Third machine due to faults
First machine failed to connect to my laptop, cricut sent a replacement and decommissioned the original machine. Second machine worked for a while, rarely used, but developed an issue with the clamp which holds the blade. Again, cricut immediately sent another machine and told me to dispose of the faulty one. I feel this is very wasteful/damaging tonthe environment. Furthermore, I have no faith in the product and would have liked the option for a refund but this is not possible. To be on my third ma hime in just over a year doesn't give me much faith in the cricut brand going forward.

Great customer service
I love my new Toy!!! The staff were so helpful.
I went to my local shop and it wasnt in stock, but the lady at the Worthing depot looked up other stores, gave me product codes of a good bundle and then crawley store were fantastic too.

Cricut Explore 3: Marvellous machine
Only had this machine about a week now and so far we am very impressed with what you can make with it.
It is great to use either as a hobby or even a business. We bought it to use as a hobby mainly for my wife to make cards etc for family and friends but the possibilities are endless as to what you can do with this machine, as it can do much more than just cards.
Plenty of information about how to use it is readily available online.

The Explore 3 is amazing
I have wanted a Cricut for ages and finally but the bullet and bought the Explore 3 last week. We have to pay to have work t shirts printed and vinyl signs printed but not anymore! The young lady at Hobbycraft was lovely, we were on our way to buy a machine at another store but thought would pop into Hobbycraft on the way to check out their pricing. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and showed us all the machines available and their features etc. She was genuinely interested and made us feel comfortable. We left to go to the other store and spoke to the man in there who obviously didn’t have a clue, he didn’t even know what the machines did! So after a couple of minutes we left there and straight back to Hobbycraft and bought the Explore 3 and an armful of vinyl!
I have enjoyed playing about with the cricut and joined all the Facebook pages with lots of advice, watched loads of Barbara Makers videos on YouTube and feel confident with it now. I have printed a few new work t shirts and loads of signs! Looking at making Christmas presents now!
Love my machine and love Hobbycraft
