Hobbycraft Cut & Create Terms & Conditions

These Hobbycraft Cut & Create Terms & Conditions (the "Hobbycraft Cut & Create T&Cs") will apply to the annual "Hobbycraft Cut & Create" subscription (the "Hobbycraft Cut & Create Subscription") which you can sign up to at hobbycraft.co.uk/cutandcreate or on the Hobbycraft app and which are provided by Hobbycraft Trading Limited. The Hobbycraft Cut & Create T&Cs should be read in conjunction with the main Hobbycraft Terms & Conditions, the Delivery Information, our Privacy Policy and all other terms and conditions found on the Hobbycraft app and Hobbycraft.co.uk (the "General T&Cs"). In the event of any conflict between the Hobbycraft Cut & Create T&Cs and any General T&Cs (concerning the use and administration of the Cut & Create Subscription), the Hobbycraft Cut & Create T&Cs shall prevail.

Benefits

Your Hobbycraft Cut & Create Subscription shall give you access to a number of benefits for twelve months. The benefits are:

• a 10% discount that you may use on each eligible purchase that you make on our app, online or in-store;
• free Next Day UK Delivery on eligible purchases that you make on the Hobbycraft app or at Hobbycraft.co.uk; and
• a £30 workshop e-gift card to redeem against craft machine workshops.

To access the free next day delivery and 10% discount for any orders on our app or online, you will need to have, or create a Hobbycraft account on our app or online.

Each of the Benefits are subject to certain specific terms & conditions and limitations, as are set out below.

Subscription Fee

For the Benefits, you agree to pay to us the subscription fee that is quoted on the Hobbycraft app and Hobbycraft.co.uk at the point of your subscription (the "Subscription Fee"). The Subscription Fee is payable in advance and your Hobbycraft Cut & Create Subscription will be active for a period of twelve months as soon as a successful payment is received by us. We will inform you when you are close to the end of this twelve-month period, and we will give you an option to renew your Hobbycraft Cut & Create Subscription.

Unless otherwise stated, the Subscription Fee includes VAT. You may pay the Subscription Fee either by debit card, credit card, PayPal or gift card through the Hobbycraft app or Hobbycraft.co.uk. You may not use credit accounts or any discounts to purchase your Hobbycraft Plus Subscription.

10% Discount

Instructions

When signing up to Hobbycraft Cut & Create, you will be sent an email with instructions on how to redeem your 10% discount each time you shop.

To redeem your 10% discount in store, please present your Hobbycraft Club card at the till or tell the store colleague your email address. The store colleague will then apply the 10% discount to each of those eligible items that you purchase.

To redeem your 10% discount on our app or online, please ensure that you are logged into your account using the email address you gave when you purchased your Hobbycraft Cut & Create subscription. Your 10% discount will then be automatically applied to each of those eligible items in your order in the basket.

Please note:

1. The 10% discount will only be issued to Hobbycraft Cut & Create subscribers.
2. You can use your discount in any Hobbycraft store, on the Hobbycraft app and at Hobbycraft.co.uk.
3. The discount will end immediately on cancellation or expiry of your subscription.
4. The discount cannot be applied to the purchase of craft machines (including, but not limited to, sewing machines, Cricut machines, Glowforge machines, Sawgrass machines), craft machine bundles, workshops, subscriptions, Made to Measure Patterns or gift cards.
5. You cannot use the discount in conjunction with any other % discount voucher.
6. You cannot use the discount on credit accounts.
7. You cannot use more than one subscription linked discount in one transaction.
8. The discount will not be applied to delivery charges.
9. The discount is only valid for orders delivered within the UK.

Free Next Day UK Delivery for orders over £25

Instructions

To redeem your Next Day UK Delivery upgrade on the Hobbycraft app or Hobbycraft.co.uk please ensure that you are logged into your account using the email address you gave when you purchased your Hobbycraft Cut & Create subscription. Your delivery upgrade will then be automatically applied to any eligible orders.

Next Day UK Delivery is not available for some orders that include large or complex products. You will be notified on the basket page if you have included a large product in your order.

Next Day Delivery may not be available for some bulk quantities. You will be contacted by Customer Services to arrange a delivery date if your order needs to be delivered on a pallet.

Our Delivery Information page and Returns Information page have further information on our Next Day UK Delivery service, including the cut off time for next day delivery and the postcode districts where Next Day Delivery is not available.

Our Next Day Delivery offer may change during peak periods or in unexpected circumstances.

Please note:

• The free next day delivery will only be issued to Hobbycraft Cut & Create subscribers.
• You may only use your delivery upgrade on the Hobbycraft app and at Hobbycraft.co.uk.
• The upgrade will end immediately on cancellation or expiry of your subscription.
• The upgrade cannot be applied to the purchase of workshops or Made to Measure Patterns.

£30 Workshop e-Gift Card

Instructions

We will email you your £30 e-gift card to redeem against craft machine workshops as well as details on how to access our online workshop booking system.

Please note:

• You will be issued a £30 e-gift card to redeem against craft machine workshops.
• Choose from one-to-one and group Cricut, Silhouette and Glowforge workshops. Excludes seasonal specials.
• You can choose to attend workshops in store or online
• If your workshop costs less than £30 you can use the remainder as full or partial payment towards other workshops.
• The workshop e-gift card can only be used by Hobbycraft Cut & Create subscribers and cannot be transferred to another customer.
• The e-gift card will expire on cancellation or expiry of your subscription.
• You cannot use the workshop e-gift card in conjunction with any discount voucher.

Free design files

Cut & Create subscribers will be sent via email a set of design files in the format of SVG files at the start of each calendar month.

Cut and Create subscribers will receive 12 sets of design files throughout their 12-month subscription.

General Exclusions

• Your Hobbycraft Cut & Create subscription can only be used by the individual named on the account and cannot be transferred to another customer.
• The Hobbycraft Cut & Create discounts and benefits may not be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.
• You cannot share your Hobbycraft Cut & Create discounts and benefits with another person or use them on behalf of another person.
• Purchases made whilst subscribed to Hobbycraft Cut & Create will not count towards your Hobbycraft Club Loyalty Vouchers balance.
• Hobbycraft colleagues are not eligible to subscribe to Hobbycraft Cut & Create.
• Hobbycraft reserves the right to withdraw Hobbycraft Cut & Create at its discretion. In the event that we withdraw this during the term of your Cut & Create Subscription, we will refund a pro-rated amount of the Subscription Fee for those Benefits to which you will no longer have access.

In the event that we suspect that you are using your Cut & Create Subscription in any way contrary to these Hobbycraft Cut & Create T&Cs or the General T&Cs, we have the right to suspend and/or cancel your Hobbycraft Cut & Create Subscription without further liability to you.

14-day Right of Withdrawal

If, within fourteen (14) days of subscribing, you change your mind about becoming a Hobbycraft Cut & Create Subscriber you may cancel your subscription and we will refund your Subscription Fee in full.

To cancel within the 14-day period, please contact Customer Services within 14 days of subscribing to Hobbycraft Cut & Create.

After the 14-day right of withdrawal period has passed, the Subscription Fee is non-refundable.

Emails

Hobbycraft will email subscribers with details on how to access the benefits and for research purposes - completion is optional. In addition Hobbycraft will also email offers and updates if subscribers are opted into receiving Hobbycraft emails.

Hobbycraft Cut & Create £5 voucher renewal offer

Instructions

Once your Hobbycraft Cut & Create subscription has expired simply log in and purchase Cut & Create again via our website or app within 7 days.

Your £5 Hobbycraft voucher will be sent to you they day after your purchase. The voucher will be added to your app account if you have one and sent to you by email.

To redeem in store, please show the voucher in your app account or on the email at the till point.

When redeeming on our app, please ensure that you are logged into your account using the email address associated with your Hobbycraft Cut & Create subscription. In the basket tap View Your Rewards and then tap the Apply to Basket button next to the voucher.

When redeeming online, please ensure you are logged into your account using the email address associated with your Hobbycraft Cut & Create subscription and enter the discount code into the promotion code box at the checkout.

Terms and conditions:

1. The voucher is only available for Hobbycraft Cut & Create subscribers, who purchase a Hobbycraft Cut & Create subscription within 7 days of their previous subscription expiring
2. The voucher is valid for 90 days from date of issue
3. The voucher can be redeemed in any Hobbycraft store, on our app or at Hobbycraft.co.uk
4. Purchases made below the value of the £5 voucher will not receive cash or a voucher for the difference in store or online
5. The voucher can only be used once, and must be used by you
6. The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher or discount codes - but it can be used alongside a subscription benefit discount
7. The voucher cannot be used towards the purchase of workshops, Made to Measure Patterns, subscriptions or gift cards
8. Once the voucher has been redeemed, the £5cannot be refunded if the transaction is returned
9. Hobbycraft reserves the right to withdraw the offer at its discretion
