Our passion for craft is at the centre of everything we do. This is reflected in our creative, knowledgeable and helpful Hobbycraft store colleagues and our carefully selected full range of quality products which appeal to customers of all ages. We regularly host workshops and demonstrations in stores and online, designed to give everyone the opportunity to master a new craft or refine their skills. As we have grown, we have developed a large community of customers that are passionate about Hobbycraft, and this allows us to find insights into future trends and ensure that our offering is the best in the sector.

Founded in 1995, with our original store in Ferndown, just outside Bournemouth, Hobbycraft currently operates from 124 stores across the United Kingdom and employs around 2,400 colleagues. It also operates a successful website and app that offers our full range of in-store products, and more. Our head office is in Christchurch, Dorset, and our distribution centre, which supports both our stores, and our online operations is based in Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire.

As the largest arts and crafts retailer in the UK, we offer full product ranges for a large number of crafts, including art, knitting and crochet, haberdashery, papercraft, wedding and party, baking, jewellery making and much more. We offer a combination of branded products and our own-brand offerings that have become synonymous with quality matched by value for money.
