Hobbycraft Plus Terms & Conditions
These Hobbycraft Plus Terms & Conditions (the "Hobbycraft Plus T&Cs") will apply to the annual "Hobbycraft Plus" subscription (the "Hobbycraft Plus Subscription") which you can sign up to at hobbycraft.co.uk/plus or on the Hobbycraft app and which are provided by Hobbycraft Trading Limited. The Hobbycraft Plus T&Cs should be read in conjunction with the main Hobbycraft Terms & Conditions, the Delivery Information, our Privacy Policy and all other terms and conditions found on the Hobbycraft app and Hobbycraft.co.uk (the " General T&Cs"). In the event of any conflict between the Hobbycraft Plus T&Cs and any General T&Cs (concerning the use and administration of the Plus Subscription), the Hobbycraft Plus T&Cs shall prevail.
Benefits
Your Hobbycraft Plus Subscription shall give you access to a number of benefits for twelve months. The benefits are:
- a 15% discount that you may use on each eligible purchase that you make with Hobbycraft on our app, on hobbycraft.co.uk or in-store
- free Next Day UK Delivery on eligible purchases that you make at on our app and Hobbycraft.co.uk; and
To access the free next day delivery and 15% discount for any orders on our app or hobbycraft.co.uk, you will need to have, or create a Hobbycraft account on our app or online.
Each of the Benefits are subject to certain specific terms & conditions and limitations, as are set out below.
Subscription Fee
For the Benefits, you agree to pay to us the subscription fee that is quoted on the Hobbycraft app and Hobbycraft.co.uk at the point of your subscription (the "Subscription Fee"). The Subscription Fee is payable in advance and your Hobbycraft Plus Subscription will be active for a period of twelve months as soon as a successful payment is received by us. We will inform you when you are close to the end of this twelve-month period, and we will give you an option to renew your Hobbycraft Plus Subscription.
Unless otherwise stated, the Subscription Fee includes VAT. You may pay the Subscription Fee either by debit card, credit card, Paypal or gift card through the Hobbycraft app or Hobbycraft.co.uk. You may not use credit accounts or any discounts to purchase your Hobbycraft Plus Subscription.
15% Discount
Instructions
When signing up to Hobbycraft Plus, you will be sent an email with instructions on how to redeem your 15% discount each time you shop.
To redeem your 15% discount in store, please present your Hobbycraft Club card at the till or tell the store colleague your email address. The store colleague will then apply the 15% discount to each of those eligible items that you purchase.
To redeem your 15% discount on our app or on hobbycraft.co.uk, please ensure that you are logged into your account using the email address you gave when you purchased your Hobbycraft Plus subscription. Your 15% discount will then be automatically applied to each of those eligible items in your order in the basket.
Please note:
- The 15% discount will only be issued to Hobbycraft Plus subscribers.
- You can use your discount in any Hobbycraft store, on the Hobbycraft app and at Hobbycraft.co.uk.
- The discount will end immediately on cancellation or expiry of your subscription.
- The discount cannot be applied to the purchase of craft machines (including, but not limited to, sewing machines, Cricut machines, Glowforge machines), workshops, subscriptions, gift cards, trading cards, or Geek Retreat events, food or beverages.
- The discount cannot be used towards any purchases at Post Office counters in Hobbycraft stores.
- You cannot use the discount in conjunction with any other % discount voucher.
- You cannot use the discount on credit accounts.
- The discount will not be applied to delivery charges.
- The discount is only valid for orders delivered within the UK.
Free Next Day UK Delivery for orders over £25
Instructions
To redeem your Next Day UK Delivery upgrade on the Hobbycraft app or Hobbycraft.co.uk please ensure that you are logged into your account using the email address you gave when you purchased your Hobbycraft Plus subscription. Your delivery upgrade will then be automatically applied to any eligible orders.
Next Day UK Delivery is not available for some orders that include large or complex products. You will be notified on the basket page if you have included a large product in your order.
Next Day Delivery may not be available for some bulk quantities. You will be contacted by Customer Services to arrange a delivery date if your order needs to be delivered on a pallet.
Our Delivery Information and Returns Information page have further information on our Next Day UK Delivery service, including the cut off time for next day delivery and the postcode districts where Next Day Delivery is not available.
Our Next Day Delivery offer may change during peak periods or in unexpected circumstances.
Please note:
- The free next day delivery will only be issued to Hobbycraft Plus subscribers.
- You may only use your delivery upgrade on the Hobbycraft app and at Hobbycraft.co.uk. The delivery upgrade will not be applicable at Post Office counters in Hobbycraft stores.
- The upgrade will end immediately on cancellation or expiry of your subscription.
- The upgrade cannot be applied to the purchase of workshops.
General Exclusions
- Your Hobbycraft Plus subscription can only be used by the individual named on the account and cannot be transferred to another customer.
- The Hobbycraft Plus discounts and benefits may not be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.
- You cannot share your Hobbycraft Plus discounts and benefits with another person or use them on behalf of another person.
- Purchases made whilst subscribed to Hobbycraft Plus will not count towards your Hobbycraft Club Loyalty Vouchers balance.
- Hobbycraft colleagues are not eligible to subscribe to Hobbycraft Plus.
- Hobbycraft reserves the right to withdraw Hobbycraft Plus at its discretion. In the event that we withdraw this during the term of your Plus Subscription, we will refund pro-rated amount of the Subscription Fee for those Benefits to which you will no longer have access.
- Plus Subscriptions are not redeemable; 1) in Hobbycraft stores on ToysRUs or Entertainer branded products, 2) at Post Office counters or on Post Office products sold in Hobbycraft stores or, 3) at TGJones stores or on Hobbycraft products sold at TGJones stores.
In the event that we suspect that you are using your Plus Subscription in any way in contrary to these Hobbycraft Plus T&Cs or the General T&Cs, we have the right to suspend and/or cancel your Hobbycraft Plus Subscription without further liability to you.
14-day Right of Withdrawal
If, within fourteen (14) days of subscribing, you change your mind about becoming a Hobbycraft Plus Subscriber you may cancel your subscription and we will refund your Subscription Fee in full.
To cancel within the 14-day period, please contact Customer Services within 14 days of subscribing to Hobbycraft Plus.

Hobbycraft Plus £10 voucher renewal offer
Instructions
Once your Hobbycraft Plus subscription has expired simply log in and purchase Hobbycraft Plus via our website or app within 7 days.
Your £10 Hobbycraft voucher will be sent to you the day after your purchase. The voucher will be added to your app account if you have one and sent to you by email.
To redeem in store, please show the voucher in your app account or on the email at the till point.
When redeeming on our app, please ensure that you are logged into your account using the email address associated with your Hobbycraft Plus subscription. In the basket tap View Your Rewards and then tap the Apply to Basket button next to the voucher.
When redeeming on hobbycraft.co.uk, please ensure you are logged into your account using the email address associated with your Hobbycraft Plus subscription and enter the discount code into the promotion code box at the checkout.
Terms and conditions
- The voucher is only available for Hobbycraft Plus subscribers, who purchase a Hobbycraft Plus subscription within 7 days of their previous subscription expiring.
- The voucher is valid for 90 days from date of issue
- The voucher can be redeemed in any Hobbycraft store, on our app or at Hobbycraft.co.uk
- Purchases made below the value of the £10 voucher will not receive cash or a voucher for the difference in store or online
- The voucher can only be used once, and must be used by you
- The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher or discount codes - but it can be used alongside a subscription benefit discount
- The voucher cannot be used towards the purchase of workshops, subscriptions, gift cards, trading cards, or Geek Retreat events, food or beverages.
- The voucher cannot be used towards any purchases at Post Office counters in Hobbycraft stores.
- Once the voucher has been redeemed, the £10 cannot be refunded if the transaction is returned
- Hobbycraft reserves the right to withdraw the offer at its discretion
- The promotion is not available to Hobbycraft colleagues
