Only received one when it claims to be a ten pack
I bought this maybe a week ago and received it today. There is supposed to be ten balls of 50g black yarn, I have only received one. That means I payed £10 for one 50g yarn. I tried to contact through email and the form however it was not working so I came here to request a refund or for my other 9 to be delivered to me.

Good and bad
The good: the wool is very good value at £10 for pack of 10 x 50 gram balls, and knits up well. Just wish there were a few more colours.
The bad: I paid for 1 pack and got 1 ball.
The good: customer services were excellent and express delivered a pack of 10 balls of wool out to me the next day.
The bad: I paid for a second pack and got 1 ball. Again.
The good: customer services were absolutely brilliant yet again. Thanks guys, you are stars.

Bit of a pallavrr
Love the wool but wouldnt place an online order again. Wanted 1 pack of 10 balls and got 1 ball when i went to collect. Store reordered for me to be sent to my home address and oce again got 1 ball only. Rang customer services and on the 3rd attempt received order containing 1 x 10 balls.
Warehouse staff need to take more care as the packs do state DO NOT SPLIT

Its a very soft and gentle yarn i haven't used it properly yet as im working through my stash and I just can't help myself i keep buying more but it's excellent quality and quality is what you get at a very reasonable price highly recommend this site
