Invaluable bit of kit.
Yes I love baking and a turntable is so helpful but I use it for so much more! As an aid to turning model kits as they are being created it is so helpful. Even saves continually walking around a table doing a large jigsaw. This will not gather dust in a cupboard!

Not the best
Although it turns easily when empty, there is not much to grip once there is a large, heavy cake on it, so it becomes difficult to turn it smoothly.
It also feels quite flimsy, but time will tell if it robust.

Nice little turntable
It's a useful little turntable. I've used it for sponges and smaller cakes. Not suitable for a 3+KG wedding fruitcake - but I didn't expect it to! Spins round nicely.

dont waste your money, you get what you pay for
Felt this was terrible quality for the price, in the end found it easier to move the cake by hand.. have now paid extra and bought a metal stand turntable
