Good colour controlability
Used this with meringue buttercream to achieve an avocado flesh colour and it was great as could add in small quantities until I had achieved desired colour.

Great colour
Used this to colour white fondant icing. It produced a lovely vibrant green and did not make the fondant too sticky. Would recommend
