Daler Rowney System 3 White Gesso Primer is a low-cost formulation for use as a ground for acrylic and oil painting. Highly adhesive, it is ideal for directly sealing all semi absorbent surfaces before applying colour – perfect for both acrylics and oils.
This primer is suitable for large scale applications. The gesso primer will ensure that your paint does not soak into the surface and leave a patchy image. It dries quickly to produce a matt white surface with a slight tooth, which is easily sanded for highly detailed work.
