Reduced Quality
I've bought a fair few of these to personalise and sell over the last 3 years - and the quality has been drastically reduced. They used to be much bigger and whiter, and now they're much smaller, by at least 2cm, and the coating on them is aboslutely awful. Be prepared to do A LOT of prep to get these anywhere near using, and if you order in bulk, expect at least 10% to be broken on delivery.
Hobbycraft, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go back to your previous supplier, I'd happily pay more for them than these small and difficult to work with ones, they're just awful and now I'll have to try to find a another supplier.

Picture is disceptive
Have to prep as they arent actually white, unlike the picture. The picture is not representative of the actual colour of the baubles.
All of the baubles have a coating on them which is not like the picture, its a dirty off white colour, which is uneven at best. So be prepared to prep each bauble in your chosen background colour first.

Great baubles, not as big or bright
I’ve always loved the ceramic baubles but since they have changed they're not as big or as white and look a lot cheaper, they always arrive with cracks in them too

Light weight great for painting
Absolutely love these ceramic baubles they’re light weight so hold on a Christmas tree branch just fine and really let’s your creativity run wild! Great to paint on I recommend using oasis so you can submerge the bauble one side securely to paint and then once dry rotate to do the other!

Quality varies
Bought 3 boxes. Some better than others most needed a light sand to get rid of bumps and lines
A couple had indentations that couldn’t be sanded out. One had a chip on the top.

Are the baubles okay to reheat in the oven on 110c with polymer clay on top?
As these have not been tested for this purpose we would not recommend to place these in the oven
