Poor instructions
The contents were as expected and very reasonably priced but the poor instructions meant it was hard to work with the product.
Suggestion would be more comprehensive instructions and maybe diagrammatic instruction leaflet not just a few lines on the packaging.

Awful instructions
Absolutely useless if you have never needle felted before, it includes egg shapes but doesn't give any clues as to how to make them into plant pot shapes, I have no idea what to do.
I assumed that the kit was meant for beginners but the lack of any meaningful instructions means that this is not the case. I will probably end up putting it in the bin.

Instructions are very vague
I have never done any felting before and thought this would be a good place to start. I really struggled to understand what I was doing with the instructions and am still unsure if anything I did was correct as it didn't seems to form around the polystyrene. Thankfully YouTube exists.

Great product to start needle felting
Has everything needed in it, cute end results, but for me instructions were not so clear. If there could be more pictures or a video online to help that wold be so much better. My struggle with the pots was real. All in all, the walue is good, the playtime is awesome, the product is 4/5 because of the instructions.

felting faux cactus kit
Inside this kit is a polystyrene block to work felt fibres with 2 felting needles supplied to create felt shapes.(Instructions on wrapper with pictures). Also included are 3 polystyrene egg shapes to form plant pot bases. Only suitable for people over 14 years of age (the more the felt is worked the more matted and dense the felt wool becomes).Ideal mini starter kit to get you into a new craft.Makes 3 individual faux cacti! Would make ideal mini gifts for Xmas or as a table setting for a party/celebration.

Poor instructions
I found the instructions for these cacti very poor, severely lacking in information, however I did manage to do them after looking for beginners felting tutorials on YouTube.

Great fun
I love that the kit comes with everything you need, it’s super fun and super cheap! Doesn’t take a lot of skill or concentration either so I’ve just made mine in front of the tv.
The only confusing thing is that it comes with egg shaped polystyrene balls to make the cactus on, which isn’t quite the right shape for the plant pot! But I’m going to cut the top off the next one.
