Impressed so far!
I'm just beginning in this area of crafting but I have to say I'm impressed with this machine and the supplied software. In the space of an evening I'd managed to make some custom stickers for my daughter and cut some cork sheets for tray liners with virtually no issues, and now I'm beginning to see a huge range of uses and opportunities with the machine.

Product's fine but customer service isn't.
This is my first cutting machine and will need more time to evaluate it but it's so far so good. Not happy with the Silhouette Custommer Support which has failed to respond to my query for 2 weeks.

At first, I was really confused as to how to use the machine, but once I had played around with it more, I can say that it is a great machine and I am so happy with my purchase! It's great that the machine comes with a cutting mat too, so there is no need to purchase a separate one
