Good consistency
The consistency is good, it whips up quite firm.. I covered a tall cake with a crumbcoat and a 7 shaped cake. The flavour was quite artificially sweet and not everyone liked it. I would recommend adding an additional flavour. It kept well in the fridge once mixed

Lovely product
I bought this to save my cake as the buttercream went wrong this is great to work with so don't but holds well it made a beautiful Victoria sponge cream with real strawberry coulé really white as well so will colour perfectly would highly recommend

Good alternative to buttercream
I used this cream to make a baby blue ombre cake as buttercream is yellow so blue food colour turn green. The cream is tasteless and very soft so i put buttercream through the layers of my cake.
