Gorgeous Hat
I bought this hat for my son for World Book Day. As it had to be decorated for school. I bought several items from Hobbycraft the sequin set, Stick on sparkly stars, coloured rolls masking tape and PVC glue . The whole family got going with the task. The hat turned out fabulous. A great purchase and recommend it to all. Thank you for this Hobbycraft!!!

Very easy to work with. Vibrant colour. Great hat.
Brilliant hat for Easter bonnet. Easy to decorate but needed super glue to stick the items on.

Good purchase but a bit hairy!
I bought this hat for my son for world book day as he was going as Mr Strong. He loved it and it's very well made but the reason I didn't give it a higher score was that the green bits shed so it's spread all over the house. Not quite as bad as glitter but it's a good practical hat that we can use for Easter bonnets too.

Unique alternative
We purchased this for our 6year old son and his easter bonnet parade at school. He absolutely loves it, fits well and is a nice alternative to the typical straw bonnet.

Great hat! Hard wearing.
Great hat! We previously have used straw hats that haven't last well and parts tend to fall off randomly. This hat is much more sturdy. Hard wearing especially as little ones aren't so gentle with them at school. Hoping it will last till next year. Much easier to glue on too. I used a mini cool glue gun. Not had any shedding so far. Snug fit on my son's head u like others that tend to fly away as soon as he runs. In my opinion it is worth £6.

Interesting take on Easter
So I tentatively asked the older grandson if he wanted an Easter hat this year, along with his sister. He said yes, which was fine but paying 6 times the amount of her bonnet was a bit steep. This was the only boyish hat, costing £6.00 to a much wider range of girls hats, all at £1.00. Have told him it is an investment piece, so it will get redecorated for the next few years.

Not for adults :-(
I bought this hat stupidly without trying it on! I should have thought it was fir 'Easter bonnet' type hats but I wanted it for stage wear!
It's a fab little hat though - just sad it's for kids!!

Cost
This top hat was in the display with Easter bonnets all priced up as £1.00 each. Imagine my surprise when I discovered they were £6 each. My x3 hats cost me, 1 pretty pink rimmed straw hat at £1 and x2 top hats at £6 each, total £13 when I budgeted for a £3 bill.
