Glue used on look, makes it look tacky and cheap.
Lovely soft velvety stocking, but unfortunatly, the glue (glue stick) used to attach the loop makes it tacky looking and I wouldn't trust it to hold the weight of the stockings contents....I am going to have to take the loop off and hand sew it back on. I would of rather paid a little bit more for a tidier finish as the loop and being able to hang the stocking is pretty important if you want to use it, rather than just have it for decoration.

Cheap, glue obvious
It looks cheap. Especially because the loop to hang it is not stitched on. It's got a big visible dollop of glue on it. I was going to use it to make a personalised gift but I think I will use it for my dog's gifts instead.
