How to make

Easter Chick

1. Roll out some yellow ready to roll icing to 2-3mm thick. Cut one large circle and then one large oval using the shapes on the reverse side of the cutter.

2. Using the outer edge of the cutter, cut the large oval in half making the two wing shapes. Using the large circle for the chick's body, attach a wing to either side with water, about half way up.

3. For the eyes cut 2 large ovals from white fondant. Put them next to each other on the work surface and cut the bottom off using the outer edge of the cutter. Cut 2 small circles from black fondant and attach to complete the eyes. Attach to the face with water.

4. For the beak cut one arrow shape from orange fondant and attach to the face under the eyes.

5. Cut 2 small ovals from brown fondant to make the feet. Use one of the points from the arrow shaped cutter to cut away a small piece to make the toes. Attach to the bottom of the body.

Easter Eggs

1. Cut one large circle from green fondant.

2. Cut 3 different coloured large ovals from the reverse side of the cutter for the eggs

3. Decorate the eggs by cutting small circle ad small ovals in different coloured fondant or hand roll small pieces of fondant.

Easter Bunny

1. Cut 2 large circles and 4 small ovals from white fondant.

2. For the ears cut one of the large circles using the outer edge of the cutter to make 2 ear shapes. Cut a large circle from pink fondant for the inner ears and cut them the same as the outer ears but making them smaller. Attach the pink fondant on top of the white fondant to complete the ears. Attach to the top of the large white circle /face using water.

3. For the eyes cut 2 small circles from black fondant. Attach them to 2 of the small white ovals cut earlier. Attach to the face.

4. For the nose cut one small oval from pink fondant and attach it to the face under the eyes. Attach the 2 small white ovals cut earlier at an angle under the nose.

Easter Lamb

1. Cut one large circle out of beige/brown fondant for the face.

2. Cut 5 large ovals from white fondant for the wool and attach around the top edge of the face.

3. For the eyes cut 2 small ovals from dark brown fondant and 2 small circle from black fondant. Attach the black circles at one end of the brown ovals and add a tint white dot of fondant to the centre. Attach to the face.

4. Use hand rolled brown fondant or an edible pen to make the nose and mouth.
