1 Glitter Cardboard Tubes 4 Pack
1 General Purpose Scissors 17cm
1 Gold Stars Duck Tape 4.8 cm x 9.1 m
1 Assorted Latex Balloons 10 Pack
1 Stardust Confetti 14 g
1 Gold Star Outline Sequins 15g
Step 1
Using scissors cut off the tip of the balloon.
Step 2
Knot the end of the balloon.
Step 3
Stretch the balloon onto the cardboard tube
Step 4
Cut some of the duck tape and wrap it around to cover the join where the balloon meets the cardboard tube
For a recycled version – you could use toilet roll tubes and left over holes cut from a hole punch.
Step 5
Add some confetti to the top of the tube - a couple of spoonfuls is perfect depending on how big you want the confetti shower to be! To pop, pull the knotted part of the balloon back and release.
Your party poppers are now ready to use!
