Good value with some minor limitations.
This is a robust yarn ideal for a rugged sweater for the man in your life. It takes cablework really well and although it is billed as 'aran', it's more substantial than the usual aran. Make sure you do a gauge swatch. I really like that it's recycled yarn but it does have the occasional 'extra' bit in it such as plastic thread. Not a big deal but just be aware. Some balls had knots. Loved this jade colour and might try the blue too. Amazing value for 100% wool yarn at the offer price but remains good value at the full price. Took one * off for the knots and the slightly coarse feel. if you want a supersoft yarn, this is not it, but it will stand up to a lot of use.

This is very good value but I do find it a very chunky Aran yarn slightly thicker than usual Aran have to adjust number of stitches and rows accordingly to get correct size. I knit for hospice charity and donate all money
