Haven't actually started this yet! Bought this pattern as I wanted something very simple as I'm not a confident knitter. I wanted a style without buttons but which I could add a small button to at the neckline , possibly with a small loop, but I cannot work out from the picture whether this design has some sort of lapels or whether it will go to the next as in a round neck cardi only without buttons

Disappointed as yarn had two knots in the first two meters. Expected better as wool is expensive. Lovely wool to work with though.

Would have liked more guidance on how to assemble but it's probably because I am a beginner.

On the pictures the item looks quite short. Is it OK on the child or should I add extra length?
This design is intended to be a short cardigan, but you can adapt the pattern if you prefer a longer length.
