The wool was just what I wanted. When I got home and checked product the lot numbers were different. Response from customer service team was unbelievable

Great yarn, rubbish packaging
The yarn is lovely but how it is packaged is bad. It had all unraveled before I got it home from the shop, every ball. I had to spend ages untangling it all! Hobbycraft, please change the wrapper to enable the ball to remain intact.
