It’s incredibly heavy, has a tendency to split and is a nightmare to sew up. The texture is rather like un spun wool and it sheds and shreds as you’re working it. I won’t buy it again.

Upon finishing the garment I washed it on a cold wool cycle and it looked really nice. Having sent it to my daughter she informs me that she is finding teal fibres around her home.
