I think it’s arrived sealed, we have tried everything and cannot get it open to colour the snowman card in. My sons gutted as I got it out to do with him. I’ve tried twisting, pulling and nothing will open.

Cant even open the snowglobe to get the pictures out for my son to colour. Cant twist it off or pull it, no indication on how to open it. My sons gutted as was looking forward to doing it

Arrived sealed but without the snowman cards or the sponge needed to complete it nor a basecover. A waste of money as at least half missing
