An excellent addition to my kit
The easel is really nice, a good size and is solid enough for me to prop medium sized canvases on with faith. It even doubles up as a phone/ipad stand if you're not painting.The only issue I found was that when putting the easel together, the screw-in hook that attches the chain to the back leg is extremely flimsy and hard to attach without breaking. I hammered in and bent a nail in order to attach the chain and it works excellently. I went back and bought another two while they were on sale!

Love!!!!
This is amazing and is a must have if you want to start painting. It was easy to put together and it looks so cute on my desk. It's sturdy and holds well.

Fab little easel
Quite a sturdy little easel, very easy to put together. I bought it to use in my work room, so far it has been the perfect stand for my iPad whilst I paint listening to Audible! So useful that I plan to get one for my elderly mother, who is always on her iPad!!

Not fit for purpose
This easel may only be cheap, but it's not even worth the money we paid for it. It won't hold a canvas without toppling over - and we checked the recommended maximum dimensions first. Really not worth it, and a faff to put together, too.

Great handy item to have!
Needed a small easel to display a piece of canvas artwork- this one from hobbycraft is excellent value and does a great job! And has more stability than some due to the chain on the extending leg! Fabulous purchase and excellent price!

Perfect for displaying work
Bought this because I made a wooden canvas board at uni and didn't have time to hang it up properly, so i got this easel to display one of my pieces of work for my module and it made my display look 10x better!

Perfect size
This little easel is exceptionally good value. It is a necessity for your references whether printed or digital. My phone balances perfectly to allow me to use YouTube or tutorials whilst painting.
