Good quality cotton
I have bought these in various colours, very strong cotton, good quality.
For reference, I made a stripey adult size wash mit with a 3mm hook and less than 2 balls of this yarn.

Ricorumi cotton is just the right amount for small crochet projects. It’s easy to crochet with as it doesn’t split. There are a wide range of colours available so ideal for crocheting small items. I used mine to make daisies for a summer wreath.
