Excellent easy build
It’s recommended as being 18+ but is 100% a lot easier than recommended so if your gifting for a younger person who likes the botanical collection this is probably the one for you since it’s easy, cheap and looks great. My only thing is that it isn’t as sturdy as previous builds from the botanical collection this may be user error but i believe it’s due to the little space at the bottom on the inner support holding the heavy bamboo trunk on top. And also bit of a silly one but a mistake i made. It is a lot greener than the website and box not like obnoxious green but a bit lighter than on the website but personally i think that’s just me not paying attention. Overall love the set but not the strongest out of the botanical collection. But love the inclusion of the lucky coin hoping it brings me more luck in 2025 than 2024

Good, but not the best
I have a number of the botanicals sets and wanted something to fit alongside the others. The base build was slightly different to the others so that was a plus, and whilst I enjoyed relaxing doing the bamboo it was a little repetitive. Having said that i did enjoy the build, it's sturdy and the green of the bamboo sits nicely against the chrysanthemum and the red blossom. I purchased at slightly reduced price and felt it was good value for money.

Wonderful addition to the plants range at Lego
Loved making this Bamboo plant. On face value it maybe doesn’t seem as interesting as the flowers but it’s a great addition to the set it’s part of (cherry blossom, chrysanthemum, mini orchid) and it’s so great to see how the designers came up with the design.

I found it didn’t take as long as I thought to build. The base very easy to put together but overall very therapeutic and would highly recommend.

Bamboo beauty
An enjoyable build (a leisurely hour) with some interesting build techniques and a wee surprise in the base. As with all the Lego botanic builds - this one looks great and very easy to maintain!
