Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product Clean, primed, white canvas, perfectly stretched on its frame, with a good tooth, ready to further prime if a different texture is required, or for instant use or colouring with a ground. I've found that the tensioning wedges haven't been needed (although useful to keep lightly in place at the corners 'just in case' for the future), and painting with a water-based acrylic colour wash has made the canvas even more taut and ready to use. I prefer painting on a stretched canvas rather than a canvas panel as the slight 'give' (on occasions when pressed firmly with a brush) can be helpful when applying paint.

I have purchased paints, canvas, brushes and have all been to a high standard but not expensive. your staff are friendly and helpful and nothing is too much bother

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cavas stock of mixed acceptability. There were four canvases of the size I wanted. Two were OK, two were not acceptable. The centre stretcher bar was touching the canvas on the two I rejected. If the canvas was painted there would be witness lines of the stretcher behind.
