Weird paint application
Now, I’m not sure what happened- but I bought one of these canvases a few weeks ago, and then one last year. I needed two for a proj so had to get a new one. But, when I was underpainting them, one was weird? It was as if the pre-primer was water resistant? The paint wasn’t applying correctly- it was lifting the previous layer. It wouldn’t settle. The other was fine? So now I have two canvases where one looks spotty and moldy (the colour I chose was a yucky brown) and the other looks perfect and just as I wanted. I applied the same way, the same paint mixture. But got two vastly different results. And I’m not sure which was the one I bought recently or a while ago. Weird.

Practical and cheap.
I like these canvases for practise, i much prefer using them to multimedia paper as I use acrylics with a lot of water or sometimes thick paint! They are thin but sometimes use some extra gesso before use. The edge has lost a bit of canvas due to it banging on something in the car, didn’t effect use though and obviously my fault! I like the price as retail for a lot more in other stores. I’m trying to turn my art professional so cheap and good quality is what I look for in products.

Fantastic quality, great price
Amazed at the quality and price of this canvas. It was for my daughters GCSE final project and was great. Will definitely come back A++++

Shame about the frame
The canvas quality was ok but the bar down the back caused a line in the middle of the painting so wouldn't recommend for that reason.

Good quality
Did the job and was nice to paint on. Make sure you lay it down on shop floor first to check it is square. Would definitely buy again
