Great for finishing touches!
As crafters know, we can spend ages making the perfect gift. The self adhesive felt sheets are the finishing touches to the wooden boxes and plaques that I pyrograve. The self sticking aspect gives first of all an easy way to measure the perfect fitting, then pealing off the backing is no hassle, followed by the smooth sticking process. (Sometimes when using glue it can leave hard lumpy bits.) This backing then protects whatever surface your gift will be placed on, or if in a box, giving the protection to the things put in it as well as the luxurious appearance when opened. I also like that there are several colours to choose from in this range.

Poorly marketed
There is nothing wrong with the product as such but unfortunately the seller has chosen to stick their (disproportionately large) bar code label to the surface of the felt. It is impossible to remove that label without damaging the surface of the felt. That damage is entirely foreseeable. It does not require too much intelligence to affix the label to the removable backing paper instead. Wake up Hobbycraft!

Ok, some negatives.
Ok for what I wanted. Two negatives - on the thin side which means it doesn't hold shape well so you need to apply carefully, and for some reason a sticker has been applied to the felt side which pulls on the pile.

Good colour and adhesive
Purchased to cover the base for my children's dolls house. Great deep green colour and the adhesive is strong. Been in place since December and still as good as new. Would recommend.

Excellent product, price & service.
I wanted this felt to put on the bottom of display cabinets to avoid scratching furniture surfaces. For this it is perfect.
If I had one criticism it would be that the labels should be on the felt backing, not on the surface of the felt. The labels left witness marks when they were removed.

Price sticker damage
The product itself is great - really vibrant colour and strong adhesive. The problem I had is the price sticker is on the front of the felt and removing it damages the material. Not sure why the piece sticker isn't on the backing instead.
