Great Product!
I have to start this review by explaining that the first machine I had was faulty (from the factory) and I wasn't impressed by it at all. The machine was rapidly exchanged by fantastic customer services at my local branch and I am now a very, very happy lady.
This is my first go at a digital/computerized machine, so getting to grips with the bobbin placement and back-stitching is a little off putting, but once I knew what I was doing, it was all systems go.
I absolutely love having the speed control on a dial, including the pedal, because sometimes I get a little too speed happy and go off course, so this has saved me a tone of headaches already.
The machine is so quiet and smooth! Not only do you have an amazing selection of stitches, you get an extension table AND a walking foot, too! Honestly, if you're looking to upgrade, this machine is a total must.

excellent machine
this sewing machine is easy to use, with clear instruction manual. would suit beginners as well as the more experienced sewer. Automatic needle threader takes a bit of getting used to but needle can be threaded manually if preferred. It comes with an extension table Ideal for those larger projects. overall an excellent machine.

Sew far sew good
Had a couple of teething issues, they were down to me as it's a whole new set up compared to my old machine.
Some really pretty stitches & I'm finding new things to make, now I have a machine that can.
Managed to save £50 compared to the online prices & didn't have to wait a month.

Love it!
Great machine, quiet and easy to use. Replacing my 30 year old Brother machine. Enough embroidery on it to keep me busy. I did however need to purchase 3 feet that didn't come with it which I initially thought did. The instructions says (*this foot may be optional with machines sold in some areas). Easily sorted which cost me an extra £30.

Fantastic machine!
We had issues with our first machine and the customer service team in Chester helped us exchange it with no issues. Since then, it’s been fantastic! My only complaint is if you set the speed too high, the stitches can be slightly loose, but i never use it that high so it will not be a problem for me. Overall great machine, worth the money.

Lovely machine, bought after my last one died after 25 years of use. Instructions for setting up and using easy to follow. I especially like the extension bed that comes with it.

This product has excellent features
I bought this as a present for my sister who makes craft from recycled materials. This will be ideal to use the decorative stitches to enhance her bags that she makes.
