Excellent used at fun start Class Carlisle keen2by
Use similar at beginners art class experimental. Had loads different paint types there to try. Keen to buy my own set of these as had not come across before.
I liked that tget clean to handle because in a tube that you can push twist up and down with cap on.
The texture is creamy but not too soft so you don't feel as if you loading your paper, we used canvas in the class which added a slight texture.
Easy to apply by the stick or blend with fingers.
I also managed to blend two and three colours together giving me interesting different shades that were clear and not muddy still bright and fun to use in my overall picture of flowers and leaves, someone said it looked like my dress I was wearing tropical, though I hadn't though that as I was having fun just playing.
I do crafts mostly paper crafts I like card making from scratch so tend to make odd backgrounds for my cards in whatever for that grabs me at the time. I am not artistic but I like some paints currently into bright fun colours. So I am experimenting along that way, drawing is not my thing yet but there is still time to learn.
These seem excellent value for all ages and can easily be replaced or added to. If my Grandson wants to join in that's not a problem either, he's just getting into drawing and colouring and quite likes crafting when not playing outside or with trains in some form.
I am keen to get some further colours and will buy some as stocking gifts this year I should think.
Or gifts to go with birthday cards, for neighbour children, raffles and donations to crafting events.
These are well worth a try in my opinion, there was a few select people at the art session class I think we all used these those choose different colours mostly age range was aprox 30 to 75 no little uns because was an evening class this one, we where on holiday with family to see family.

Mess Free(ish) painting!
Bought these for party crafting session, the kids loved them and there was minimal mess. Came off surfaces and skin easily, didn't go on their clothes so can't comment on fabric.

Paint but without the mess
A really good way to allow kids to paint on paper without brushes. Less mess and clearing up. Not so easy to paint items but it is a pen so not what I wanted them for.

Pens worked well and gave good coverage, unfortunately when held the next day with wet hands the paint rubbed off on hands
