What type of ceramic are these made from? Eg stoneware, earthenware or porcelain? And have they only been bisque fired or have they been fired to a temp to vitrify them?
The ceramic material is dolomite. This product is unsuitable for glazing or firing only painting and varnishing. It cannot withstand large amounts of heat that would be required for firing.

What paints have you used on them??
The personalised design shown on the website uses acrylic paints for the base colour and vinyl for the lettering, cut using a Cricut machine. You may need several light coats of paint to achieve the depth of colour required.
